All sales are final, and product(s) contained in the package belong to the recipient upon shipping and delivery. However, if your item is found to be defective, we will exchange or send a non-defective item. Photographs of the defect(s) will need to be sent to email@example.com for review and approval. Depending on the item and/or defect, item(s) will need to be returned to the sender within seven (7) calendar days after purchase. Defective orders require 4 to 6 weeks processing period. These reasons are not counted as product not as described and defective:
- No longer want item
- Found better price
- Wrong size or doesn't fit
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send photographs of the defect(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, and mail package to: Simply Dovely, LLC, Attn: Angela Butts, 1033 S. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
